Replacing a Lost or Damaged Dash Cam
Buy a replacement from the Route One store — it can take over from the camera on your existing subscription.
Buying a replacement
Cameras are sold in the Route One store as a one-time $279 purchase per camera. A camera bought from the store can be used to replace the camera on your current subscription.
Your subscription is unaffected
A replacement covers the hardware only — your existing AI Dash Cam subscription carries on as before.
After it arrives
Install the replacement the same way as the original — connect the Gateway Hub and mount the camera on the windshield. Record the Gateway IMEI and the vehicle name before you start, since the IMEI is what registers the device to your account.
