Yes. The GPS Vehicle Tracker is included with the $99 bundle at no extra cost. Your bundle includes the tracker and 12 months of GPS Tracking service.

Are there monthly fees or a contract?

No monthly billing during your first year. You pay $99 for the annual bundle, which includes the GPS Vehicle Tracker and 12 months of tracking service. Shipping is paid separately.

How fast will I get my tracker?

We ship via UPS, and you can choose your delivery speed at checkout, including Ground or Overnight options where available. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your location and selected shipping option.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. There is no long-term contract required with this bundle.

Is Route One ELD FMCSA compliant?

Yes. Route One ELD is FMCSA compliant and helps with HOS, DVIR, logs, and inspections.

What can I track?

You can track vehicles and assets using fleet view, geofencing, trace playback, and live location sharing from the Route One platform.

Does it work with my vehicles and assets?

The GPS Vehicle Tracker is designed for wired vehicle tracking and supports 9–90V input. If you have a specific vehicle or setup, our support team can help confirm compatibility before you order.

What's the warranty and refund policy?

The tracker includes a 1-year warranty covering malfunction. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To receive a refund, the hardware must be returned in working condition. Refunds are processed once we receive the returned tracker.

Do I need a promo code?
