PERMITS ESTIMATOR TERMS OF USE, DISCLAIMER AND ELECTRONIC CONSENT

Route One Go Inc. | Effective Date: October 7, 2026

IMPORTANT: THE PERMITS ESTIMATOR PROVIDES PRELIMINARY ESTIMATES FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. IT DOES NOT ISSUE A PERMIT, APPROVE A ROUTE, AUTHORIZE MOVEMENT, OR REPLACE THE REQUIREMENTS OR DECISIONS OF ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY. DO NOT BEGIN OR CONTINUE A TRIP IN RELIANCE ON AN ESTIMATE.

These Permits Estimator Terms of Use, Disclaimer and Electronic Consent (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between Route One Go Inc. (“Route One GO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or entity using the Route One GO Permits Estimator (the “Estimator,” “you,” or “your”). The Estimator is made available without requiring you to create an account or sign in. Your access to the Estimator is conditioned on your affirmative acceptance of these Terms. The Estimator is intended solely for commercial transportation and other business use and is not offered for personal, family, or household purposes. These Terms apply to eligible business users accessing the Estimator from the United States or Canada. The Estimator covers only jurisdictions expressly supported in its interface; access from Canada does not mean that Canadian routes or permits are available.

1. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE; AUTHORITY TO AGREE

Before using the Estimator, you must affirmatively check the box stating that you have read and agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Route One GO Privacy Policy. By checking that box and selecting the button that enables or launches the Estimator, you intentionally manifest your assent to be legally bound by these Terms. Your electronic acceptance is intended to constitute an electronic signature and electronic record to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Estimator on behalf of a carrier, owner-operator, broker, shipper, permit service, employer, or other business, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.

Route One GO may retain evidence of acceptance, including the date and time of acceptance, the version of these Terms accepted, IP address, Visitor ID or session identifier, and other technical records reasonably necessary to establish the transaction and protect the integrity of the Estimator, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, Route One GO may record and retain the exact acceptance text presented, the date and time the checkbox was selected, the date and time the “USE PERMITS ESTIMATOR” button was activated, the applicable Terms version identifier, and, where technically feasible, an archived copy or cryptographic hash of the Terms version presented.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE ESTIMATOR

The Estimator is a planning tool designed to provide indicative route alternatives and estimated permit-related costs based on information entered by the user, including pickup/origin, delivery/destination, optional intermediate stops, and the selected permit type (Oversize, Overweight, or OSOW) available in the current Estimator interface.

The Estimator is not a permit application, permit issuance service, navigation system, dispatch instruction, engineering analysis, legal or regulatory opinion, safety determination, or governmental approval. Use of the Estimator does not create a permit order, agency filing, or obligation for Route One GO to procure a permit. If you later request Route One GO’s Permit Desk to obtain or process permits, that service may be subject to separate terms, pricing, authorizations, and payment requirements.

3. ESTIMATES ONLY; NO GUARANTEE OF ROUTE, PERMIT, COST OR TIMING

All results are estimates only and may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or inaccurate. Actual permit requirements, government fees, routing, operating conditions, restrictions, escort requirements, travel windows, processing times, and total costs may differ materially from the Estimator output.

Permit requirements and approved routes may depend on factors that are not entered into, known by, or evaluated by the Estimator, including vehicle and trailer configuration, gross and axle weights, axle spacing, dimensions, commodity, jurisdiction, local or municipal rules, bridge and roadway restrictions, construction, weather, curfews, holidays, seasonal rules, escort requirements, temporary orders, and agency discretion. Government authorities may change fees, requirements, routes, or processing rules at any time.

Route One GO does not warrant that any permit will be issued, that a particular route will be approved or legally available, that a trip can be completed on a particular date, or that an estimate will match the final governmental or service cost.

Unless the Estimator expressly states otherwise, the displayed estimated total includes the Route One GO service fees shown in the cost breakdown; however, the estimate may exclude local or municipal permits, tolls, escort or pilot-car charges, police escorts, bridge or engineering reviews, superload fees, expedited-processing charges, amendments, reissuance fees, taxes, and any other governmental, third-party, or service charges imposed or identified after the estimate is generated. Unless the Estimator expressly identifies a different currency, amounts shown for U.S. permit estimates are in U.S. dollars.

Each estimate reflects the information, rules, fees, and data available to the Estimator at the time it is generated. Route One GO has no duty to monitor, revise, or update a previously generated estimate, or to notify you of later changes in permit requirements, fees, routes, restrictions, agency practices, or operating conditions.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY; REQUIRED VERIFICATION BEFORE MOVEMENT

You are solely responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all information you enter and for verifying the legal and operational requirements applicable to your vehicle, load, route, and trip. You must not rely on the Estimator as the final basis for dispatch, routing, movement, regulatory compliance, or payment.

Before beginning or continuing any movement that requires a permit, you must obtain every required permit and authorization from the applicable issuing authority (directly or through an authorized permit service), review the permit as issued, and comply with the approved route, restrictions, conditions, dimensions, weights, dates, times, escorts, and other requirements stated in the permit or applicable law.

Any route displayed by the Estimator is a planning alternative only. It is not a safety-certified route, turn-by-turn navigation instruction, clearance guarantee, or permit-approved route. Where a permit or government authority specifies a route, the issued permit and government instructions control.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that you will not dispatch a vehicle, begin a trip, continue a movement, or make a final routing or compliance decision in reliance on Estimator output. Only the permit actually issued by the competent authority, together with applicable law and the authority’s current instructions, controls the authorized movement.

5. THIRD-PARTY AND GOVERNMENT DATA

The Estimator may use or depend on maps, routing engines, public records, government fee schedules, agency information, third-party databases, APIs, or other external data. Route One GO does not control such sources and is not responsible for their availability, completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. A third party’s or government agency’s error, delay, outage, map limitation, or rule change may affect the Estimator output.

6. OPTIONAL CONTACT WITH THE PERMIT DESK

You may use the Estimator without providing an email address or telephone number. If you voluntarily submit an email address or telephone number and request contact, you authorize Route One GO and its Permit Desk to use that information to respond to your inquiry, discuss the estimate, request additional trip or load information, or offer permit-processing assistance related to your request.

Providing contact information is optional and is not a condition of using the Estimator. Any consent required for marketing or promotional calls, texts, or automated communications that is not directly related to your request will be obtained separately when required by applicable law. You may request that service-related contact stop, subject to communications reasonably necessary to complete or close a request you initiated. For Canadian recipients, promotional electronic messages will be sent only where permitted by applicable Canadian anti-spam requirements, including consent, sender identification, and unsubscribe rules where applicable.

7. PRIVACY, VISITOR ID, COOKIES AND USAGE ANALYTICS

Use of the Estimator is subject to the Route One GO Privacy Policy, available at https://routeonego.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy describes how Route One GO collects, uses, discloses, and retains information and how applicable privacy rights may be exercised.

Because the Estimator is available without account authentication, Route One GO may use a first-party cookie or similar technology containing a random or pseudonymous Visitor ID to recognize repeat visits and associate multiple Estimator sessions with the same browser or device. Route One GO may also collect IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, Estimator interactions, pickup/origin and delivery/destination entries, permit types searched, route alternatives viewed, and related usage information for analytics, security, fraud prevention, service improvement, performance measurement, and support.

A Visitor ID does not itself contain your name, email address, or telephone number. However, Visitor ID, IP address, and associated usage activity may constitute personal information under U.S. and Canadian privacy laws when they can reasonably be linked to an individual, household, browser, or device. Route One GO will handle such information as described in the Privacy Policy and will not interpret these Terms as a waiver of any non-waivable privacy right.

You can control cookies through browser settings and any privacy controls Route One GO makes available. Blocking or deleting cookies may prevent the Estimator from recognizing repeat visits or may affect certain functionality. Where applicable law grants a right to opt out of certain data uses, Route One GO will honor that right as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the Estimator only for lawful transportation planning and legitimate business purposes. You may not: Permitted commercial transportation planning does not authorize commercialization or resale of the Estimator or its outputs.

  • use the Estimator to evade, bypass, or violate permit, weight, dimension, routing, safety, transportation, or other legal requirements;
  • submit information you know is materially false or misleading;
  • scrape, harvest, copy, mirror, reverse engineer, decompile, probe, overload, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Estimator or its underlying systems, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law;
  • use bots, automated tools, or high-volume queries in a manner that disrupts the Estimator, avoids technical limits, or commercially exploits Route One GO data without written authorization;
  • use Estimator output as proof of legal compliance, as a permit, or as an authorization to move a load; or
  • use the Estimator in any manner that infringes the rights of Route One GO, a government agency, a data provider, or any third party.
  • resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, broker, or commercially exploit Estimator access, route alternatives, pricing outputs, or non-public compilations as a separate product or service (including through a competing platform), without Route One GO’s prior written authorization, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY; LIMITED LICENSE

The Estimator, software, interfaces, methodologies, design, compilation of data, text, graphics, trademarks, and other Route One GO content are owned by or licensed to Route One GO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, Route One GO grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Estimator and its output solely for your own internal transportation planning. No other license or ownership right is granted. This license permits internal business transportation planning only; it does not permit selling access to the Estimator, distributing its outputs as a stand-alone paid service, or using its proprietary compilations in competing commercial products without prior written consent, subject to applicable law.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas concerning the Estimator, you grant Route One GO a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation, provided that Route One GO does not thereby acquire ownership of your confidential business information.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ESTIMATOR AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. ROUTE ONE GO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RESULTS. ROUTE ONE GO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE ESTIMATOR WILL IDENTIFY EVERY REQUIRED PERMIT, PRODUCE AN APPROVABLE ROUTE, MATCH ACTUAL GOVERNMENT FEES, OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUTE ONE GO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, DATA PROVIDERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, DELAY, DETENTION, MISSED DELIVERY, LOST LOAD, CARGO DAMAGE, FINES, PENALTIES, CITATIONS, TOWING, ESCORT COSTS, ROUTE DEVIATIONS, PERMIT DENIALS, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE ESTIMATOR, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR CLAIMS BASED ON ROUTE ONE GO’S ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUTE ONE GO’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE ESTIMATOR OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ROUTE ONE GO SPECIFICALLY FOR USE OF THE ESTIMATOR DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.00.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability, in which case the applicable restriction will apply only to the minimum extent required by law.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, if you use the Estimator in connection with a business or commercial transportation operation, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Route One GO and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, governmental assessments, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or related to: (a) information you submit; (b) your vehicle, load, route, dispatch, or transportation operations; (c) your reliance on Estimator output contrary to these Terms; (d) your violation of law, permit conditions, or these Terms; or (e) your infringement of third-party rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim is finally determined to have resulted from Route One GO’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION AND AVAILABILITY

Route One GO may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or any part of the Estimator at any time, including data sources, calculation logic, supported permit types, routes, or geographic coverage. Route One GO has no obligation to maintain any particular feature or output and may impose reasonable usage limits to protect system availability, security, or data-provider restrictions.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. EXCEPT FOR MATTERS THAT MAY BE BROUGHT IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND REQUESTS FOR TEMPORARY OR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTIVE RELIEF TO PROTECT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR SYSTEM SECURITY, YOU AND ROUTE ONE GO AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE ESTIMATOR, THESE TERMS, OR THEIR FORMATION, INTERPRETATION, BREACH, TERMINATION, OR ENFORCEMENT WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

Before filing arbitration, the claimant must provide written notice describing the dispute and requested relief and allow at least 30 days for informal resolution. Arbitration will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). Because the Estimator is offered solely for commercial and business use, the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules will apply. The arbitration may be conducted by video, telephone, documents-only procedure, or in person as the applicable rules and arbitrator permit. Unless otherwise required by applicable rules or law, the place of arbitration will be in Illinois. For users in Canada, the foregoing is subject to any mandatory Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial law that restricts the enforceability of an arbitration agreement or requires a different procedure.

YOU AND ROUTE ONE GO EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party’s individual claim. If this class-action waiver is finally held unenforceable as to a particular claim and that determination is not subject to further review, that claim will be severed and resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction while the remaining claims proceed in arbitration.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any dispute not subject to arbitration are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 14. For any dispute lawfully proceeding in court, you and Route One GO consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts serving Kane County, Illinois, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This choice of law and forum does not waive any mandatory Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial law or jurisdiction that applies to a particular dispute and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Route One GO may revise these Terms from time to time. If Route One GO makes a material change affecting your legal rights or obligations, Route One GO may require you to affirmatively accept the revised Terms before you can continue using the Estimator. A revised version will identify its effective date. Route One GO will not rely solely on a hidden footer link or passive continued use to obtain assent to a materially revised agreement where affirmative assent is required.

17. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the Estimator. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without Route One GO’s prior written consent; Route One GO may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Estimator or related business. Headings are for convenience only.
